NTT Communications Corporation announced today that its subsidiary Secure-24, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the whole of US-based Symmetry Holding Inc.

Secure-24, provides mission critical application hosting, managed IT, and cloud services to enterprises with focus on support, governance and compliance.

Certified in SAP Hosting, Cloud and SAP HANA Operations, Symmetry manages complex SAP implementations across varying environments including on-premise, hosted, private, public, and hybrid cloud.

“The acquisition of Symmetry allows us to strengthen the comprehensive managed services we provide to our customers, while opening doors to new opportunities,” said Mike BeDell, CEO, Secure-24. “With the combined expertise of both companies and Symmetry’s extensive portfolio of managed SAP services we are now in a position to deliver greater value to our customers around the world.”

NTT said with this 100 percent acquisition, Symmetry’s unique strengths will be fully integrated into its ecosystem, including its total managed IT service, as well as cloud, network and data center services.

Although the financial worth of the acquisition deal wasn’t disclosed, NTT however, said that the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close later this year.
